These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JTA Commercial LLC website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Website information is not a construction contract
Website content, examples, service descriptions, preliminary conversations, and estimate requests are general information only. They are not a binding proposal, warranty, construction agreement, promise of availability, or commitment to perform work. Construction services begin only after all required parties sign a separate written agreement.
Estimate requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, scheduling, permitting, financing, or project feasibility. Any preliminary estimate may change after site inspection, plans, engineering, selections, concealed conditions, code requirements, permit review, labor or material changes, and final scope confirmation.
Project agreements and changes
If we agree to perform work, the signed project agreement controls the scope, schedule, payments, warranties, dispute terms, and responsibilities. Changes must be documented as required by that agreement. These website terms do not replace or modify a signed project agreement.
Permitted use
You may use this site for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit false or abusive requests, scrape the site at scale, impersonate another person, or use site content in a way that infringes rights or violates law.
Intellectual property
The JTA Commercial name, logo, site design, copy, photography, video, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to JTA Commercial unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use that content without prior written permission.

Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only website use will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Polk County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date.
